This Anat Baniel Method Neuromovement Transformational Movement Lesson (TLMs) will be taught IN-PERSON and will help improve the health of your back, neck, and shoulders. These lessons, based on the science of neuroplasticity and the work of physicist Moshe Feldenkrais, use small, gentle, pain-free movements to build new pathways in the brain.
This method focuses on helping the brain function, leading to improvements in flexibility, strength, pain relief. I will help you learn how to move your body efficiently and in ways that help reduce injury and pain. These classes help decrease anxiety and calm the activity in the brain.
Classes will be held in my office #309- 1037 West Broadway.
Class size is limited to 4 people and those attending must be vaccinated and wear a mask. Please sign up here on my JaneApp booking site to attend a class.
