Anat Baniel Method Neuromovement Transformational Movement Lessons (TLMs) are verbally guided movement lessons.

Based on the science of neuroplasticity, these classes tailored for seniors, use specialized gentle pain-free movements to build new pathways in the brain. This translates into more success in areas of improved mobility, coordination, vitality and better posture. This method is helpful for everyone, but particularly useful for recovery from mild stroke, and for early Parkinsons, Alzheimers and Dementia diagnoses. Class is done sitting in a chair.
